What will you do?
We are looking for an experienced Service & Delivery Manager for the Yielder Tech Solutions Center. This Tech Solutions Center provides solutions in connectivity, voice and Security services. All solutions are developed by our in-house engineering and development teams.
Are you the Service & Delivery manager we are looking for? Indeed, in this position you will play a crucial role in coordinating essential processes of deliveries and modifications of customer orders and ongoing projects. You will be part of our Delivery team, monitoring and processing connectivity and voice orders in the delivery line. For this, you actively communicate with our partners and customers. So you are an important link in our service and care to our customers and partners. This service portfolio includes connectivity services such as, fiber internet, IP-VPN, E-VPN. But also Voice and Security services, such as SIP trunk, Voice365,managed firewall and managed VPN. In short, a versatile and challenging role.
Your duties will include:
- Actively report orders you can’t get out of/escalate. Ensure resolution with vendor or customer in consultation with team lead/manager;
- Maintain relationships with partner/suppliers through regular contact and periodic visit events;
- Communicate with suppliers and carriers regarding the progress of an order;
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and engineering to ensure that orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner;
- Maintain knowledge of the latest developments in IT infrastructure and telecom in order to perform the work in the best possible way.
What do you bring:
- You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in Telecom, IT or Managed Service Providers;
- Experience working with both commercial and engineering teams;
- You work in a structured and punctual manner;
- HBO working and thinking level
- You have very good communication skills, both verbal and written.
