What will you do?
One team one task, that sounds like a good and motivating quote to you. Because as Sales Director Region West at Yielder Group, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in Region West. You are the trusted face for the team and ensure a clear mission and proper processes. You will be responsible for the strategic, tactical and operational management of the sales team at Venéco, Wateringen location. Venéco is a division within Yielder and specializes in Telecom and IT. In addition, you will ensure that we collectively achieve B2B sales goals with the team. You will develop an effective sales strategy and be in close contact with various partners such as, KPN, Vodafone and Odido. You will not shy away from any challenge while optimizing the telecom and IT portfolio for the B2B branch of Yielder Group. You manage sales performance and budgets for this region.
Your duties will include:
- You will manage the sales team with a focus on individual and joint performance;
- You will provide periodic reports of sales performance and market analysis to management;
- You are actively involved in building and maintaining client relationships and partnerships;
- Manage budget for assigned region and ensure cost optimization;
- You will work with (sales) colleagues in Region Central and South to ensure synergy between the branches.
