What will you do?
As a Sales support Associate (LE), you will be responsible for proactively maintaining customer contact with Large Enterprise customers. This is to strengthen the relationship with the end customer in the context of customer intimacy. You will also support our field sales colleagues with operational issues and other administrative components, allowing them to spend their time with our customers at the table.
You spot commercial opportunities and know how to send out tailored advice to our client. In doing so, you follow up on deadlines of sales opportunities. You secure the agreements made between sales and the customer and because of your strong administrative skills no detail escapes you. In addition, you will independently plan contact moments with our customers, this can be by phone or you will accompany an account manager. Varied right?
Your duties will include:
- Support sales field staff in operational issues (quotations, calendar management etc);
- Collaborate with your sales support colleagues to form a strong team;
- You are responsible for maintaining good customer relations;
- You are punctual in working out customized recommendations and processing sales processes in the CRM package

- You have excellent communication skills and are respresentative;
- You have knowledge of current telecom solutions;
- HBO Work and Thinking Level;
- Customer contact experience;
- You are decisive and assertive.
