Team Lead Partner Services

Job Description

What will you do?

In this Team Lead role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Partner Services team. Together with the team, you will ensure proper and timely processing and payment of commissions to our partners. Both verbally and in writing, you are in close contact with partners and suppliers. You are able to work at a detailed level and also oversee the entire (automated) process, so you can contribute to further professionalization of our department. In this position, you will work closely with your colleagues in Finance and Support. It is important to focus on quality and knowledge sharing within the team. Because of your experience, colleagues know how to easily interact with you and you guide the team in picking up new work.

Your duties will include:

• Together with the team, you process incoming invoices;
• You will handle bank transactions and prepare weekly commission disbursements;
• You will liaise with providers and coordinate appointments;
• You take care of monthly and hardware invoicing towards our partners;
• You will be responsible for handling tickets and emails in accordance with SLA;
• You are a trusted leader for the team.

What do you bring:

• You have experience in a managerial position;
• You have numerical understanding and work accurately;
• You have knowledge of Excel, knowledge of AFAS is an advantage;
• You take initiative and have communication skills;
• HBO working and thinking level, preferably a completed financial education.
