What will you do?
We provide an optimal IT environment for our customers, and of course our own internal systems and applications cannot be left behind. You, as the IT manager within Yielder Group, are therefore responsible for this. Ensuring the security, efficiency and reliability of the IT infrastructure is essential to the daily operation of our organization. You will manage the team of IT professionals responsible for maintaining and improving our IT systems. Within the Yielder Group there are fun challenges for an IT manager like you.
Several fine brands are joining the Group, making it important to bring all processes and systems into a unified whole. Together with the internal IT team, you will ensure that all employees within the Yielder Group can do their work as efficiently as possible, regardless of their location. You enjoy developing improvement proposals into a beautiful process. In this position, you will be accountable to the CTO, also your level sparring partner.
Your duties will include:
- Daily management of internal IT team;
- Monitor internal IT support processes;
- Participate and manage change processes in the area of internal IT and aquisitions;
- You are part of the information and security team within Yielder Group;
- Maintain vendor contracts and contacts for internal applications, networks and systems.
What do you bring:
- Experience within ConnectWise is a plus;
- Knowledge of Microsoft, AD, Azure;
- Experience in information security with a focus on internal organization;
- Experience with aquisitions within an organization.
