What will you do?
There is no question that as a marketing specialist, you excel in communications. But you throw a spanner in the works and take our internal communications to the next level. As Community Manager, you know how to get our colleagues excited about using our new employee app for example, you motivate them to participate in your organized events and sports activities and everything that contributes to our fun corporate culture. You play a key role in promoting a positive work environment and strengthening the internal company culture through effective communication and well-organized events. Those tasks are in good hands with you!
Within this role, the responsibility lies with you to maintain a constant flow of information to keep employees informed of both internal and external events. In this way, we load our core values and make them visible. The ultimate goal? Reinforce the identity of Yielder Group and all our brands across all our locations!
Your duties will include:
- You will create and maintain the content and event calendar;
- Create, manage and coordinate all internal communications/event for the various brands within the organization;
- Ensure keeping the app relevant, in line with the needs of employees and the organization;
- Disseminate important information related to organizational developments, messages from various departments, new hires, key HR initiatives, product developments and other relevant company updates.
What do you bring:
- HBO working and thinking level;
- Experience with an employee app is a plus;
- You are results-oriented and have an eye for detail;
- You are innovative and know how to develop new opportunities and possibilities.
- You possess excellent outstanding communication skills;
- Good command of the Dutch language, both verbal and written.
