Together with the account manager, you will be responsible for our customers. Both by phone and email, you are 100% ready for the customer every day. You are therefore the first point of contact for them. Customers know where to find you for such things as malfunctions, mobile number requests, ordering mobile/fixed devices, invoice checks and, for example, user mutations on their (mobile) telephony solution. Furthermore, you are an expert in preparing quotations and know how to engage the right stakeholders. For this work, you will also work closely with our workplace specialists. For our customers, you will be the link between them and our partners such as, KPN, Vodafone and Odido. If the customer’s question is too technical, you create a ticket for it so that our second-line engineers can work on it. Is the client informed of various mutations and turnaround time in a timely manner? Communication is ”The key”! In this role, you know that better than anyone.
Your duties will include:
- You will prepare quotes for various hardware orders;
- Properly handling incoming telephone calls;
- You apply for new (mobile) subscriptions and perform sim changes, among other things;Inform customers about delivery statuses of ordered products and services, among other things;
- You structurally process the data of our customers regarding (mobile) telephony.
What do you bring:
- You work neatly and meticulously. No detail escapes your attention;
- You are stress resistant and know how to move quickly;
- You are incredibly customer-oriented and have good communication skills;
- You don’t need any knowledge of telecom or IT, we’ll teach you. But, it is nice if you are good with computers and software;
- You are a true team player!
