Then you are the ICT consultant we are looking for for our clients. You as a skilled all-round ICT’er go well on new techniques and energy from a combined job. Namely this one, in which you do both project-based and executive work where you build great relationships with your clients.

In the role of ICT Consultant, you will play a crucial role in diverse IT projects for our SME+ and Enterprise clients. Within your client portfolio, you are the lynchpin, the person ultimately responsible for guaranteeing success. In addition to your advisory role, you will also be responsible for the maintenance of IT environments. This includes not only the installation and maintenance of servers, switches and firewalls, but also proactive management and optimization of IT infrastructure in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure, ensuring continuity of the environment. You configure authorizations based on Entra ID or traditional server methods, and you map out your own route, working closely with the customer. Teamwork is key; you will work with experienced consultants, sharing knowledge and expertise.

Your duties will include:

• Installation, management and maintenance of ICT networks at our customers, including network components such as switches, WiFi and firewalls;
• Quickly locate and resolve failures in hardware, system software and communications facilities, both on-site and remotely;
• If necessary, restore operations observing all required precautions;
• Provide periodic support to your own customer base, ensuring their trouble-free IT experience.

What do you bring:

• You have a passion Microsoft Azure, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop and other cutting-edge Cloud technologies;
• You have experience maintaining networks, including switches, WiFi and firewalls.
• You have thorough knowledge of Windows Server environments And have knowledge and experience of working with the HPE server and storage portfolio;
• You are service-oriented and attentive to customer needs and wants;
• You have knowledge of ISO 9001, 27001 and NEN7510. Obviously in relation to your position.
