As a Senior IT & Telecom account manager, you will be a sparring partner for colleagues with a telecom background. You will have a challenging and varied position. You will be able to draw up advisory plans for our clients in order to provide them with a total solution for their IT environment. In addition, it is important that you keep abreast of all innovative developments around IT & Telecom. You know better than anyone else which customers find this a very important issue and ensure that they are also kept informed of market developments through your contact moments. Customer relationship management is a very important issue in this role. In addition to keeping up with new developments, you will also manage current contracts with the team. Do contracts or licenses expire? You get to work on a new renewal proposal!
Your duties will include:
- Identify customer needs and provide advice on them;
- Function as the first point of contact
- Preparing quotations;
- Taking care in the preliminary stages of projects;
- Keeping an eye on and achieving set targets or sales results;

- You have excellent communication skills and are presentable;
- You coach colleagues who have a telecom background;
- You are committed to the customer and therefore have good empathy;
- You dare to take responsibility and make decisions;
- Experience in strategic conversations with Large Enterprise clients.
