What will you do?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Back Office Support Representative. Are you an upbeat person who takes responsibility easily? And do you enjoy also learning something from your side job and working in a small, close-knit and fun team? Then we are looking for you! As a Back Office Support Assistant, you will process customer orders for our services in various systems. In this role, you will be dealing with many different systems from providers we have a partnership with. Your team supports and advises our partners, customers and stores when they have questions about internet, TV and telephony. You know how to guide them in a service-oriented manner where necessary. We are a motivated and sociable support department, where successes like to be celebrated. It is not a call center environment, but an inspiring work environment with varied tasks. In addition, we offer you a lot of flexibility. We move with your studies when you have exams, for example, but you can work more during the vacations. Ideal right? So do you know how to handle computers well, are you structured and accurate? Then read on quickly, because this is a perfect job for you!
Your duties include:
- Order processing of the products we offer;
- Administrative tasks around order processing;
- Conduct inbound calls focused on consulting and sales.
What do you bring:
- You are pursuing a college or university degree;
- You are flexibly available 16-40 hours per week. Working hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Of course, we will plan this together with you;
- You work accurately and in an orderly manner;
- You are communicatively strong;
- You are results-oriented and solution-oriented;
- You have a good command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing.
