What will you do?
As Product Owner, you will be responsible for the vision, strategy and functional management of the various customer and/or partner portals within the Yielder Tech Solutions Center. This Tech Solutions Center provides solutions in connectivity, voice and security services. All solutions are developed by our in-house engineering and development teams.
In this role, you act as the liaison between the business and the development team. You ensure that the portals meet the needs of the users and the goals of the organization. There you actively think about optimization and management of our tools. The goal of these portals is an optimal customer experience for the customers who purchase our services. With you communication skills and experience.
Your duties will include:
- Vision and Strategy: Develop and maintain a product vision and strategy for the portals;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify needs and requirements;
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, including specifying user stories and acceptance criteria;
- Active participation in Scrum meetings such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups and sprint reviews;
- Ensure product quality through acceptance or rejection of completed work;
What do you bring:
- Monitor user behavior and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement;
- You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- You have experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies;
- HBO/WO level;
- Experience managing digital products, preferably portals.
