What will you do?

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you are the link between PHC , Venéco and the customer. And because of that, you are the commercial talent within the organization. That’s great because your focus is on spotting commercial opportunities with our customers. You are part of a vibrant Inside Sales team. This team works closely with our marketing department in following up on marketing campaigns. You are well aware of the developments in the market and know better than anyone else how to deliver added value to customers and prospects within the services of PHC and Venéco. In addition, you will be supportive of our field consultants. You speak to our customers by phone and email. Consequently, they know how to find you for various issues.

Your duties include:

• Being the first “point of contact” for new and existing customers;
• You will pick up administrative tasks, making you supportive of our consultants;
• You have the power to leave an unforgettable impression with your enthusiastic attitude;
• Converting opportunities into appointments for your consultants with a focus on new business and cross- and upsell.

What do you bring:

• Demonstrated HBO working and thinking level;
• You are driven and preferably have gained commercial work experience in B2B;
• You are not afraid to pick up the phone and make “cold” calls;
• You are customer-oriented, to-the-point and strong communicator;
• Negotiable, results and revenue oriented.
